Norwitzn et. al., Engl J Med, Vol. 345, No. 19, Nov. 8, 2001.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3361\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lcy-family.com.tw\/ivf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/3.png\" alt=\"3\" width=\"417\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NK cell\u96a8\u8457\u8868\u9762\u86cb\u767d\u4e0d\u540c\u9084\u5206\u6210\u4e3b\u8981\u5b58\u5728\u5468\u908a\u8840\u6db2\u7684Peripheral NK cell(pNK)\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b50\u5bae\u4e2d\u7684Uterine NK cell(uNK\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u4eba\u7a31\u4e4b\u70baDecidual NK cell, dNK)\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3363\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lcy-family.com.tw\/ivf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/4.png\" alt=\"4\" width=\"438\" height=\"322\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pNK(\u4f5490%\u7684NK cell)\u5c31\u662f\u5e73\u5e38\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u62b5\u79a6\u5916\u4fae\u7684\u6bba\u624b\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u5f37\uff1buNK(\u4f5410%\u7684NK cell)\u5247\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u5b50\u5bae\u5167\u819c\u4e2d\uff0c\u6703\u5206\u6ccc\u8a31\u591a\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20(Cytokine)\u53ca\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u56e0\u5b50\u5e6b\u52a9\u80da\u80ce\u8457\u5e8a\uff0c\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u8457\u5e8a\u671f\u5b50\u5bae\u5167\u819c\u751a\u81f3\u670970%\u6dcb\u5df4\u7403\u90fd\u662fuNK cell\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3362\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lcy-family.com.tw\/ivf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/5.png\" alt=\"5\" width=\"426\" height=\"183\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u80da\u80ce\u525b\u9032\u5165\u5b50\u5bae\u8154\u4e2d\u6e96\u5099\u8457\u5e8a\u6642\u5c31\u662f\u6700\u8106\u5f31\u4e5f\u6700\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u5c31\u9700\u8981uNK\u7684\u5354\u52a9\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14pNK\u6703\u88ab\u6291\u5236\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e26\u4e0d\u662fNK cell\u8d8a\u5c11\u8d8a\u597d\u5594\uff01<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u514d\u75ab\u8abf\u7bc0\u7570\u5e38\u6642\uff0c\u5b50\u5bae\u5167\u7684NK cell\u6703\u5931\u53bb\u5e73\u8861\uff1a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pNK cell\u6d3b\u5316\u5f8c\u4e3b\u8981\u88fd\u9020TH1\u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u7d20(TH1 cytokines)\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20 ( Interferon-\u03b3;
